All orders are subject to availability. Customers have access to stock availabilities and product descriptions on the website. Should one product be out of stock, we will rapidly advise customers by email and will issue a refund of the corresponding amount via the same method the purchase was made, or we may suggest to the customer to amend a placed order according to updated stock availability.

Items sold on our website are constantly being updated. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including but not limited to prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies and omissions at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse your order request should your payment records be unsatisfactory or on suspicion of fraud and/or other illegal misconduct.

If for any reason, failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria occurs, we may contact you by phone or email. The absence of action or inappropriate action shall result in cancellation of your order.

If, for reasons of force majeure, your purchased products are impossible to be delivered within the specified time, you will be notified via email in order to confirm whether you would like the order to be completed under the said conditions. We accept no liability for any situation resulting from force majeure.

Details of your name, address and telephone number you have provided us will be shared with our courier partner.
